These terms govern use of the Farmington Meadows Homeowners Association website. By creating an account or using resident-only services, you agree to use the site consistently with these terms and applicable Association rules.
The site provides community information and Association resources. Resident-only access is intended for current homeowners, residents, Association leadership, and other people specifically authorized by a site owner. Every new account, including an account created through Google login, remains pending until approved.
Provide accurate account and neighborhood-address information, protect your credentials, and notify the site owner if you believe an account has been compromised. The resident directory lists neighborhood addresses and displays names, email addresses, and phone numbers only according to each account holder’s choices. Do not share resident-only documents, directory details, or account access with unauthorized people. The Association may reject, suspend, or remove access when eligibility cannot be confirmed or these terms are violated.
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape protected information, or use resident information for harassment, solicitation, or unrelated commercial purposes.
The website is a convenience copy of community information. It does not replace official recorded instruments, notices, Association records, professional surveys, title reports, legal advice, or governing law. If website content conflicts with an authoritative record, the authoritative record controls.
Links to city, county, state, mapping, and other third-party resources are provided for reference. Their inclusion is not an endorsement or a representation that a map establishes ownership, boundaries, easements, or access rights.
The Association may update, correct, restrict, or discontinue website content or functionality. We work to keep the site available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
